Why Dr. Jopling and Cosmetic Dentistry of North Texas?

What separates me from other professional dentists is my extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry.  I have taken a significant amount of post-doctoral courses in the area of Esthetic Dentistry.  This knowledge and skill I have obtained enables me to utilize the latest techniques and materials to enhance the beauty and appearance of your smile while insuring the health of your teeth.  Whether it be whitening yellowed or discolored teeth, placing a tooth-colored filling, closing gaps between teeth, restoring worn or cracked teeth with porcelain veneers, or making sure your gums are as healthy as possible, our goal is to make your smile both beautiful and healthy.

The greatest benefit of my commitment to taking so many continuing education courses is that I keep my skills and my practice on the leading edge of dentistry.  When a technique or product is proven to be a benefit to my patients, I incorporate it into the care I provide.  When you visit my office it is readily apparent that I have built one of the finest dental facilities in the Southwest. I have equipped my office with the latest and finest equipment in order that my staff and I can provide you with the most technically advanced Dental care available.

One of the most satisfying things we experience is seeing how people feel a rise of confidence and well being after they receive that sensational smile they always wanted. A great smile is a tremendous asset, and we take seriously our role in helping each and every patient obtain one.

Doctor Jopling began his practice in 1989.  His goal is to continue to build a practice where each member of your family can receive quality, compassionate dental care to ensure optimal oral health. 

Dr. Jopling is a native of the Dallas area.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1988.  After completing dental school, Dr. Jopling was one of only 10% of all new Dental graduates in America to be accepted into a post – doctoral Hospital Residency.  He and his wife, Jennifer, moved to Portland, Oregon.  During his residency he treated complex situations in medically compromised patients.  The knowledge he obtained in this advanced educational experience was fulfilling to him and has been very beneficial to all of his patients.

Dr. Jopling is committed to keeping current with advances in the profession of Dentistry.  He regularly attends continuing education seminars to gain knowledge in the latest, proven techniques so that he may offer State-of-the-art dental care to all of his patients.  Dr. Jopling is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society.

In 1995, Dr. Jopling became one of the youngest doctors ever to receive the honorable distinction of “Fellow” of the Academy of General Dentistry.  To achieve this difficult accomplishment, he completed over 500 hours of continuing education and passed the day-long Fellowship examination given by the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Jopling married his wife, Jennifer, in 1988 and they have two daughters named Madelyn and Arianna.  They enjoy living in the vibrant Plano community and enjoy the people they live, learn, work and worship with.
