Frequently Asked Questions

We are happy to provide you with answers to some Frequently Asked Questions. If you have a question, ask, simply fill in the Inquiry Form, and we will respond via e-mail or phone.

Q: Do you perform general dentistry or only cosmetic dentistry?

A.: We perform all aspects of general dentistry including Cleanings, Fillings, Veneers, Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, etc. We even see small children. The difference is, we feel that all dentistry should have an element of beauty, so we place special emphasis in making you look fantastic.

Q: Are you more expensive than other dentists?

A.: Our fees are structured to be competitive with the average levels of comparable dentists in our area. We base them on the level of care skill and judgement required by us to deliver high quality care to our patients.  Depending on the procedure performed, our fees may be lower than other dentists, or slightly higher.

Q: I am afraid of going to the dentist. Can you do anything to help me feel better?

A:  We are pleased that dentistry does not have to be painful. Although we still use local anesthetic to put the teeth to sleep, we have many alternatives that can distract you from the procedure and help you with the "psychological inhibitions". Our office offers DVD & video movies shown on ceiling mounted TV’s, music CDs, anti-anxiety medication when appropriate, and good old TLC.

Q:  Is it painful?

A:  The key to avoiding painful dental conditions is to see us on a regular, preventive schedule.  This enables us to detect dental problems before they become a major threat to your well-being.  We make every attempt to address your comfort in all procedures we perform.  Consequently, many of our patients, who were previously afraid of dental visits, find a new level of security and comfort in our caring hands.
